Horrible management
Do not rent here, hidden charges and it seems that management doesn't take accountability for their mistakes and pin it all on you lot. I have lived here for 3 years and the new management has no idea what their doing. Stay abroad from this place cause if you don't you'll regret it.

MICE ISSUES
I never write reviews but I decided to make a review for this apartment because possibly I can help 1 or two people from making the same mistake I did. Don't let the nice modern look fool yous, I've had appliance bug and roaches ever since I moved in. To make matters worst my neighbors and I had mice for a full year!!!! The new management is absolutely terrible and never resolved ANNYYY of my issues when I was there. If yous accept problems with your apartment your basically stuck on fixing it on your own. My neighbors machine was stolen and if your a single mom or take a small family unit this is a bad surface area!!!!

The worst aparapartments/direction. E'er
I moved in to a cat pee infested floor with carpet layed over it. They thought they could get abroad with it. They assured me it was ready. The odor was unbareable. 2 weeks later i had to movement all my stuff into a loaner so 1 calendar week later dorsum into mine. All this at my ain expense. For the. Last four months of my lease my air-conditioning would piece of work for about 3 hours of the day. They would not spend the money to fix information technology right. I had to leave and break my lease ane month earlier it ended due to no Ac. I gave them legal observe and left. They sued me amd claimed they evicted me. They wanted $4200. Becareful. They practice non set up annihilation. Yous will be profoundly disappointed.

In September of 2016 I atttemoted to rent an flat from Tierra Hills in Tucson AZ. I walked in the flat and it didn't seem like anything was incorrect. I signed the charter. After this I inspected the apartment while moving in. The apartment was not livable or move in fix. The bathroom tub was not cleaned or restored, the outlets didnot work, the dishwasher was icky, the refrigerator didn't work, there was bees, bugs and cocaroaches infested in the apartment. During the kickoff calendar week I called the police 3 times due to the u safe environment. I have 2 minor children who were scared to stay in the flat. In that location were people and men exterior my window at all hours of the night. During that week maintenance men were in and out of my apartment attempting to fix all the wrongs. I spoke to managment serval times and ask for different apartment and location. They denied me and said they had none avaible. I gave notice I would get out this apartment within the week, which I did. These people placed a debt on my credit report for this lease in the amount of $3400 dollars. I am unable to lease a home due to this. I have disputed this debt in hopes it will exist resolved if not I will sue this apartment complex and will be contacting fair housing act and the meliorate business'due south bureau.

This place is rotten. Excuses after excuses from people unwilling to assist when your employees make mistakes. I took over two months and consistent incompetence to finally get someone from maintenance to finish repairing the bath and mold in closet after pipe broke in plumbing wall. Today I am being gassed out because someone decides to refinish counter tops in adjacent flat without properly venting, was informed I should open windows and suffer. When volition someone exercise something about the mismanagement being perpetrated at Tierra Palms in Tucson. Cannot expect until lease is up.

This apartment complex is great on the exterior. Looks tin can be deceiving. First the complex pool is peeling away on the lesser. The laundry room is so hot. It makes you wanna do laundry at a real laundry mat. The direction doesn't organize people'due south papers for at that place lease . The circuitous has had at to the lowest degree within the concluding year,three dissimilar management take over the complex and each time different fees and rules. In that location very bad complexes. To small. I take three kids and they tin't live with me cuz I can't afford a bigger identify and by law they need there ain rooms. Well my baby girl needs her own room.
